Horrible service all the way around. If I could post with no stars highleted that would've fit my experience best. He came out to repair ignition lock cylinder and ended up taking apart everything on top and under steering wheel to replace housing. By the end of this supposed repair, he caused a whole other problem that now has to be repaired by a mechanic. I had to submit a complaint against his business and get a lawyer due to his faulty repair and claiming he didn't cause the problem, yet the mechanic had to go back to the compartments where he was working in and seen what he claim he didn't do.
